All Spectra warranties start on the date of purchase/received and cover manufacture defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, inproper use, unauthorized maintenance or repair, neglect of maintenance of pump or its accessories, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
Pump has 2-year warranty, and your accessories have 90-day warranty – (only one user per pump)

Elvie Pump
Hub: The main hub of the Elvie Pump is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Washable parts: The washable components of Elvie Pump (including the bottles, breast shields, valves, and spouts) are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Accessories: All Elvie Pump accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Elvie Stride, Elvie Stride 2 & Elvie Stride Plus
Hub: The main hub of Elvie Stride, Elvie Stride 2 and Elvie Stride Plus is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.

Video demonstrating the issue for most claims, so that they can best diagnose what is happing. Customer support team will never ask you to use the pump on yourself.
Only use the Zomee charger that came with your breast pump. Using different charger, it dismisses warranty claim with non-Zomee charging cable.

Zomee breast pump is intended for a single use, only original owner qualifies for program. Warranty is non-transferable.

Your Willow Pump comes with a 12 month warranty, effective the day you purchase your pump. This warranty protects your purchase in the event that your pump arrives or becomes defective.
The Willow 3.0 pump can only be used with the Willow charger that came with the kit or was purchased directly from Willow and our retail partners. Usage of third-party chargers invalidates the warranty, is unsafe and may cause serious damage to the pumps.

Global Standard: One year for all regions except Europe; Two years for Europe.
Warranty period is calculated from the time the package is delivered. Covers failures caused by non-human factors, including most battery-operated products. However, the following situations are excluded:
