What size of Flange am I?
Basic Rules of Measuring:
- Visual Measurement: Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the diameter of your nipple (excluding the areola) in millimeters.
- Add 1-2mm: Add 1-2mm to your measurement to determine the ideal flange size for comfort and efficiency.
- Check Fit During Pumping: When using the flange, your nipple should move freely in the tunnel without rubbing, and there should be minimal areola pulled into the flange.
